Our free shipping method utilizes First Class Package from USPS, which provides reliable shipping with a delivery time of 2-5 business days + processing time. We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent service, including free shipping on qualifying orders.
When will we ship your order?
We understand that prompt shipping is important to our customers, which is why we strive to ship out all packages within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. In rare cases, it may take up to 72 hours for us to ship out your package due to unforeseen circumstances, but we will always notify you if there is a delay.
How long will it take to receive my order?
At our company, USPS is the primary shipping carrier we use to fulfill all orders. Our default shipping method is First Class Package, which typically takes 2-5 business days + processing time to arrive, depending on the destination. However, if customers require faster delivery, they can opt for Priority Mail at checkout, which usually takes 1-3 business days + processing time to arrive. It's essential to note that unless explicitly specified, all orders will be shipped via First Class Package.
Order Tracking
Once your package has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can also track your order through your Pryzma account if you have one. This tracking number will allow you to monitor your package's progress and track its estimated delivery date.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
We cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered packages. Once the package has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier to deliver it to the intended recipient. While we will do our best to assist in resolving any delivery issues, we cannot guarantee delivery or accept liability for any losses or damages resulting from lost or undelivered packages.
